AThroughout my career, I have always felt a strong desire to take action and make a positive impact. I believe that any work that iteratively improves upon a problem, no matter how big or small, is valuable. I enjoy tackling problems head-on and breaking them down into smaller, more manageable pieces in order to find the best solutions.
Sketch more ideas.
WI believe that the iterative design process, including user testing, is crucial to creating effective products and experiences. I prioritize sketching out as many ideas as possible in low-fidelity form in order to facilitate collaboration and arrive at the best possible design. I understand that design is a collaborative effort and value working with cross-functional teams to achieve the best results.
Work on the problem, not the solution.
When faced with new problems, it can be tempting to immediately start generating solutions. However, I particularly enjoy user-centered problems and finding ways to address points of friction for users. This allows me to create more effective and meaningful solutions.

I understand that teamwork is essential for success and enjoy collaborative sessions where we can create a shared understanding of complex problems. In my experience, bringing various teams together and helping everyone feel heard and validated leads to more effective and efficient problem-solving. I believe that there is no "I" in team and prioritize working collaboratively with others.
